About The Portal

Mahatma Gandhi University has introduced a new Portal for the B.Arch Degree Programmes being offered in its affiliated colleges from 2011 admission onwards. Through this Portal, University aims at the introduction of on-line registration of students admitted to the various B.Arch Programmes in these colleges. The personal and academic particulars of each student will be available in the University, which in turn will facilitate speedy and efficient processing of data in the examination wing. Esteemed co-operation is solicited from all concerned for the successful implementation of this programme.

This portal is for the registration of Students in I &II Semester for the B.Arch Degree Programmes being offered in its affiliated colleges from 2011 admission onwards.
The main features and working of this portal is as follows.
The Principal or the User designated by the Principal has to approve the data entered. The Colleges will have to forward the list of students with fee details (which can be downloaded) signed by the Principal along with their Original Qualifying Certificates and Challan/DD for fee remitted to the Tabulation Sections.The conventional exam registration form may also be submitted to Tabulation Sections(for this time only) Tabulation Sections will verify the documents submitted by the colleges and would digitally approve the data. The students whose admissions are thus approved are allotted Permanent Register Numbers. Nominal Rolls and Hall Tickets can be Downloaded by the Colleges.

User's manual
1. Enter <Username> and <Password> provided by the University/Principal through SMS then press Login
2. Before commencing registration process, you have to submit your college information[ For the first login only, and is accessible for Principal only ].
3. In the home page there are 6 buttons.
a) Student registration approval
Here principal can approve the student details forwarded by the data entry operator, and it will be automatically sent to the university.
b) Manage Users
Here principal can add or delete users for the data entry purpose.
c) Change Password
Here the user can change password.
d) Approved Students
Here the user get the list of approved students.
e) College profile
Here user can update or add college details.
f) Logout
Logout current user.
